There are 10 available places to fill for this year’s RideLondon 100 where those taking part can cycle raising money for a for a Southend University Hospital ward, department or appeal of their choice.

It all starts in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and then
follows a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and
into Surrey's stunning countryside. The leg-testing climbs and a
route made famous by the world's best cyclists at the London 2012

Southend Hospital Charity has set a pledge amount of £500 per rider
plus a £50 registration fee.
