AttendAnywhere Patient Video Consultations Guidance

We are implementing AttendAnywhere to enable clinicians to carry out video consultations with our patients.

If this has not yet been introduced for your clinical area, please continue to telephone patients and do not use other methods that may not protect the confidentiality of our patients.

AttendAnywhere Video Consultations Training Guides

Patient View (11 min) - This video shows staff what patients see when they use Attend Anywhere

Clinician Training (16 min overview/quick reference) - This video covers the basic aspects of how clinicians use AA. A longer clinician training video (59mins) is also available. In addition, an 11 min patient view video is also available for clinicians to watch.

Clinician Training (59min full training) - This training video shows clinicians how to use Attend Anywhere to carry out a video consultation with a patient.

Multiple users (clinician or patient participants) in one consultation (25 min) - Video demonstrating four ways to have multiple users in one consultation.

Waiting Area (46 min) - This recorded training session shows clinic receptionists and administrators how to manage waiting areas in Attend Anywhere.

 

Using AttendAnywhere

To use the platform you will need

  • an internet enabled device, like a smartphone or tablet, or a computer or laptop with webcam, microphone and speakers
  • a reliable internet connection
  • Chrome or Safari web browser 
  • A quiet and private place to undertake the video appointment
