Advice & Support
Our teams are committed to putting our patients first, through the contacts made to the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS), during the complaints investigation process, and through patient feedback.
You can receive advice from
- the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS)
- the Patient Experience Team (PET)
- the bereavement team
- hospital support groups
We provide a professional and friendly service to any patient or
member of the public who has any feedback about treatment and care
provided at the hospital.
core information leaflets are available on our website in English,
Polish and Czech.
If you have an issue that ward or department staff have been
unable to resolve, we are happy to investigate your concerns and
have a dedicated complaints team to help you. Please visit our compliments
and complaints page for more information.
Our teams regularly provides ward and department staff with
information about the way in which patients, carers and visitors
view their services through the feedback we receive. This
helps our staff review the way that they deliver their services, so
that there is a constant focus on improving care and service
delivery to provide services that you tell us you want.
We also provide training and awareness sessions to staff at all
levels and in all specialist areas based on real patient
experiences and we actively promote service improvements.
Please be reassured that no patient or personal details are
shared in reports or during training.
