hospital at the tower block entrance. We provide outpatient
services for general surgery, general medicine, pre-assessment,
anti-coagulation clinic as well as Ear, Nose and Throat.
Self check-in
We offer a self-check-in service. We have four
kiosks, two either side of the reception desk; these are
designed to make the check in process quicker and easier. You will
be prompted to touch the screen to start the booking in process,
and then choose the type of appointment you are attending. Once
this is completed you can either scan the barcode at the bottom of
your letter or enter your details manually. The kiosk will issue a
printed ticket with a number at the bottom; This will identify
which location which you need to proceed to.
If you require assistance the main reception desk staff are on
hand and are happy to help should you need any assistance with
booking in.
Changing / cancelling your appointment
If you wish to change or cancel your appointment please
telephone the number on your outpatient appointment letter or card
as soon as possible, with at least 72 hours' notice. We can then
provide another appointment that is convenient to you and offer
your cancelled slot to other patients. It is hospital policy to
refer you back to your GP if you fail to keep your appointment and
do not contact us to let us know.
